Service Delivery Policy

Cnykra is a software-as-a-service platform — there is no physical product to ship. This page explains what “delivery” means for the Services and what to expect after you sign up.
1. What delivery means for a SaaS
Access to the platform is provisioned immediately on signup or trial start — there is no shipment, courier, or physical delivery involved.
2. Provisioning timeline
Your account and 14-day trial become active within minutes of verifying your email address. Your hotel’s booking site (at <slug>.cnykra.com, with the option to bring your own domain later) and core setup are configured through the in-product setup wizard, typically completed the same day. 3. Support and onboarding
Support is available via [email protected] and in-product support tickets once your account is active. The in-product setup wizard walks you through the initial configuration; hotels migrating from a legacy desktop PMS (starting with CHECKIN) can additionally use BridgeIO — see our BridgeIO product page — for a phased, no-downtime migration.
4. Service scope
Which modules are included depends on your subscription plan — see current plans at /pricing. Feature availability (property management, channel manager, loyalty, POS, messaging automation, and the CHECKIN bridge) is set by your plan and shown in the dashboard.
5. What you need to get started
To use the Services you need: a supported modern web browser; your own Razorpay account if you want to accept guest payments online (guest payments route to your own account, not Cnykra’s); and, if you enable the AI chatbot, your own API key with a supported AI provider (“bring your own key”).
